Byron Sadik as Harold Whelp

As another comedian making the cross into acting, Byron Sadik is an anomaly. Descended from Michigan's large and vibrant Middle Eastern community, he is one of the few Arab comics working today in America. After stepping onto a stage for the very first time at an open mike, Byron found his calling as a comedian. He quickly rose through the ranks of Detroit's comedy scene and established himself as one of the most original and fastest-rising comics. His illuminating stage presence and his razor-sharp wit bring to life his unique upbringing in American and Middle Eastern culture, as well as criticisms of both societies. He tackles stereotypes with enthusiasm and energy to connect with audiences and tell of the struggles of growing up between two very different cultures. After only a year of doing comedy, he was selected to co-teach stand-up comedy at the world-famous Comedy Castle in Royal Oak, Michigan. Now turning his attention to screenwriting and acting, Byron hopes to hone his craft, and most importantly, give people something new and original in everything he does.
